Sales Specialist - Academy and software training

We cover the entire Nordic market through our offices in Sweden, Denmark and Finland. To cover during a parental leave, we are currently looking for a Sales Specialist for our Academy and its software related courses.

Our current Sales Specialist for the Nohau Academy will go on a parental leave and we are looking for someone to cover during that period.
About the role
The role is focused on sales in the Nordic market. You will sell established courses that are well packaged with high customer satisfaction. You will work closely with your colleagues in Sweden and the other countries. Your sales work will be supported by the Account Managers, our own team of technical experts and the teachers of the courses. Your work is done by a combination of working on new contacts and developing the ones we already have. You will together with your colleagues make sure that our clients find the best courses in our Academy.
What we are looking for
- Experience in sales and business development.
- Experience from a similar role or a technical role in software development is an advantage.
- Communicative skills with professional proficiency in both Swedish and English.
- Curiosity and an interest to learn more about the technologies we cover.
- Proactivity and ability to structure your own work, both in a short as well as in a longer perspective.
- A collaborative spirit focused on achieving the goals of the company and our Account Managers.
- Relevant academic background.
Responsibilities in the role
- Sales: Find new business opportunities through active prospecting and follow-up on leads from our marketing initiatives and from the Account Managers.
- Market knowledge: Work together with experienced colleagues to make sure that our offering and packaging is attractive to the current market.
- Partner relation: You will be the main contact for the long-time external partners we have within the Academy.
- Lead conversion: Nohau has an active marketing department that continuously will generate opportunities through events, workshops and digital channels. You will follow-up and make sure to maximise the conversion on those opportunities.
- Delivery and coordination: The courses sold will be scheduled and planned to give the attendants the best experience and value.
You will mainly be based at our Malmö HQ. Travel may occur so a driver’s license is required.
