To strengthen our presence in Finland, we are looking for an ambitious and experienced Account Manager to join our team.

About the role
As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and fostering long-term client relationships in Finland. Your responsibilities will include:
- Actively contacting potential customers and generating new leads.
- Organizing and conducting product demonstrations.
- Closing sales deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Managing and developing selected key accounts.
- Ensuring the successful renewal of existing customer agreements.
- Supporting local marketing activities and promoting Nohau and our product portfolio to increase customer awareness.
You will work closely with our dynamic sales team and have the support of our skilled technical experts. Occasional travel within Finland for customer meetings is required, as well as visits to our headquarters in Sweden a couple of times a year for in-person collaboration.
What we are looking for
We are seeking an experienced and proactive professional with the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of technical B2B sales experience, preferably in the embedded industry, with a strong network of contacts.
- Technical knowledge of embedded software development tools and processes.
- Educational background: B.Sc or M.Sc in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with strong team-working abilities.
- Fluency in Finnish and English is essential. Additional languages, such as Estonian or Swedish, are a plus.
